She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. 

Throughout her career, Shellyann has served in various accounting roles across a range of industries, including insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and business process outsourcing. Her background also includes extensive experience in tax preparation and client services, having worked as a Tax Expert with Intuit (TurboTax), a Tax Preparer with Liberty Tax, and a VITA volunteer, helping individuals and families navigate tax compliance with confidence. This blend of corporate accounting expertise and frontline tax service allows her to uniquely support both individuals and small business clients with practical, real-world financial guidance, all while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
